Gym Class     

In the gym we offer classes:

  • Upper Body Blast

  • Fiery Legs and Glutes

  • PT-Group session

These classes utilize gym equipment, free weights and bodyweight exercises as well, and are held by our personal trainer Emily.

Join us, spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so make sure to reserve your spot in the class!

Our yoga classes are for all levels and variations are provided.  We work through poses for opening the body, building strength with standing poses and challenging balance. We focus on calming the mind with use of breath and mind connection to the body.
