Pilates is a method of movement that focuses on working from the inside out, working into the core and other joints to learn how to stabilize, and from this strong foundation we build strength and length.
30 minutes Pilates followed by 30 minutes yoga, a great combination that first of all works your core and back muscles, then works into flexibility and strength with yoga poses. Suitable for all levels.
A fun class that uses a mixture of balls, bands, Bosu, rollers, slides, and TRX suspension system. Whatever we use the focus is on body alignment, core engagement, breath, and laughs. Suitable even if you have never done Mat Pilates before.

This is a class that utilizes gym equipment, free weights, bodyweight exercises as well.
Our yoga classes are for all levels and variations are provided. We work through poses for opening the body, building strength with standing poses and challenging balance. We focus on calming the mind with use of breath and mind connection to the body.
In this class we aim to bring awareness to how and where you are moving from, vital for golf. We use poses that improve deep joint strength, flexibility of the spine, mobility of the hips relating it to your body and game.
